Happy Birthday Avery!

My sweet Avery is already 1! I can't believe it this year has gone by so fast. At the doctor Avery weighed in at 21 lbs and was 29 inches tall. She walks really well now and even dances and tries to go up steps by just lifting her leg. She says just a few words: mama, dada, and Josh. She loves music and loves to dance. She's a pretty good eater but still doesn't like drinking from a sippy cup. For her birthday she got to hang out with Mommy all day. At the stores and the gym everyone remarked on how cute she was in her birthday girl shirt and tutu. After Daddy got off work we met him at Bucca de Beppo for dinner. Then we came home, opened a few presents and had a little birthday icecream. For her presents she got a dolly stroller to push around and a bubble machine.

The Sunday before her birthday we made a little trip to Grandma Connie's house for a visit.  We ate dinner and had cupcakes for Avery's birthday.  She ate her whole cupcake and was ready to lick up all of the frosting.
